Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr101", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pkr101 gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at pkr101.com.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pkr101 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on pkr101.com that grants access to platform services.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the pkr101 website, mobile-optimised site, all gaming products, wallet services, and customer support services.
• "Services" — refers to all gaming, betting, bingo, casino, slot, and wallet services made available through pkr101.com.
• "Wallet" — refers to the PKR-denominated account balance held by a Player within the pkr101 system.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by pkr101 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all pkr101 transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — refers to the categories of behaviour described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkr101.com, creating an Account, depositing funds, or using any Service offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pkr101 reserves the right to require additional confirmation of acceptance at any time, including upon account registration, following a material update to these Terms, or as part of an identity verification process.

Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a pkr101 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr101 does not permit gaming by individuals under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and nominee accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing pkr101 Account. Each individual is entitled to one Account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a court order, or any legal restriction preventing you from accessing online gaming services.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use of online gaming services is not prohibited under applicable local law.

pkr101 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to complete verification to pkr101's satisfaction may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You represent and warrant that all information provided to pkr101 is and will remain accurate and up to date. You are responsible for notifying pkr101 of any changes to your registered details by contacting support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr101 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.

pkr101 strongly recommends that all players enable two-step SMS verification from within their Account settings. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

• You must notify pkr101 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• pkr101 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses accepted — is your responsibility unless you have notified pkr101 of a compromise and pkr101 has confirmed receipt of that notification.
• You must not use another player's Account, nor attempt to access another player's Account by any means.

pkr101 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform and monitors Accounts for suspicious activity patterns. However, the security of your credentials is ultimately your responsibility. pkr101 may suspend an Account without prior notice where suspicious access activity is detected, pending investigation and confirmation of your identity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr101 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr101 does not process transactions in any foreign currency. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, or Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkr101 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• pkr101 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and age verification being completed to pkr101's satisfaction prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pkr101 Account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to standard anti-money laundering review thresholds.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• pkr101 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may result in additional verification requirements and processing delays.
• Any Bonus funds credited to your Wallet are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in any gaming product on pkr101, you agree to the product-specific rules applicable to that game or betting market, which are published within each respective section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr101 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a market is voided by pkr101 in accordance with its sporting event rules.
• pkr101 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is compromised, or where pkr101 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In-play cricket betting markets are governed by real-time data feeds. pkr101 is not liable for bets settled on the basis of incorrect data where that data was provided by a certified third-party data supplier and the error was not apparent at the time of settlement.
• Minimum stake amounts and maximum payout limits applicable to each game category are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.
• All live casino games are provided by licensed third-party studio operators. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio's published game rules, a summary of which is accessible within the game interface.
• pkr101's RNG-based games (slots, bingo, virtual games) use independently certified random number generation technology. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information panels.

pkr101 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove any game or betting market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Active bets at the time of suspension will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that market.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkr101 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your Wallet as bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the applicable bonus. Bonus balance and any associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are published on the applicable promotion page.
• pkr101 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who pkr101 reasonably suspects are abusing the promotions system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party funds, or coordinated betting with other players — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once via multiple accounts constitute abuse.

pkr101 is the sole arbiter of all bonus-related disputes. In the event of ambiguity between the general bonus rules in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr101 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus balances), and may result in legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, pkr101 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through use of the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during verification, or in any communication with pkr101.
• Opening or operating more than one pkr101 Account.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's Account.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order applied by pkr101 or any linked responsible gaming programme.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any component of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pkr101.

pkr101 actively monitors the Platform for Prohibited Conduct using automated risk management systems and manual review. pkr101 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr101 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr101 name, logo, trademarks, game assets, graphics, text, software, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr101 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without pkr101's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any pkr101 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Privacy & Data

pkr101's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pkr101.com/privacy-policy.

By registering for a pkr101 Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. The key data processing activities conducted by pkr101 include:

• Account registration and identity verification, including age verification.
• Processing of financial transactions and anti-money laundering compliance checks.
• Delivery of customer support services.
• Provision and administration of bonuses and promotions.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and the administration of player-requested account controls.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr101 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of gaming funds resulting from your own decisions, wagering activity, or use of gaming strategy.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by pkr101 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including market voiding, bonus forfeiture, or Account suspension where conducted in accordance with these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, regardless of whether pkr101 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkr101's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Account Suspension & Closure

pkr101 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in Prohibited Conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification to pkr101's satisfaction within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring Account restriction or closure.
• Extended Account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Wallet after the deduction of applicable outstanding Wagering Requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and any required AML review. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon Account closure and will be forfeited.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting pkr101 support. Accounts subject to active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

Amendments to These Terms

pkr101 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr101 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on your Account.

The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr101 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkr101, you are encouraged to contact pkr101's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pkr101 is committed to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, pkr101 operates a formal complaints procedure.
